All Iron Assembly products are made to order and produced and shipped through our trusted fulfilment network.

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. This includes production time as each item is custom made.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

• United States (primary market): 5–10 business days

• Australia: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS
Iron Assembly is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once an order has been dispatched.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost orders. Reshipping fees may apply.
